In keeping with the recent spirit of CHANGE, revitalization, and rejuvenation here is a TO DIE FOR EXCERCISE SECRET obtained from a seriously sought after fitness trainer / guru of the landed gentry. Be forewarned, this excercise regimen is not for the faint of heart or non committed. That being said, if you are indeed serious and have need of this type of result (100lb weight loss or more) then make NO mistake, this is for you. I have seen this in action, one of LGL's contributing writers did this regimen successfully and I swear to GOD she is a NEW person!!!

100 DAYS TO A BETTER YOU
REQUIREMENTS
MUST BE GENERALLY HEALTHY OVERALL WITH NO MAJOR DISEASES ESPECIALLY CARDIO OR PULMONARY ISSUES. A DOCTORS CLEARANCE IS SUGGESTED
PROPER WARM UP AND COOL DOWN AFTER EXERCISE
MUST KNOW HOW TO SWIM!!! (SEE BELOW; MY SOURCE TELLS ME THIS IS A KEY PART AND YOU REALLY CANT SKIP IT)
REGIMEN
3 Hour of varied excercise 5 days per week to include :
1 hour of increasingly difficult and longer length cardio excercise (elliptical 15 minutes, stationary bike 15 minutes, treadmill 15 minutes, elliptical 15 minutes
1 hour of weight training using full circuit weight machines (i.e. leg press, shoulder press, ab crunch, obleisk thingy, etc.) doing increasingly challenging number of reps as strength grows
Swim a minimum of 100 laps in pool
Optional, use water weights to do mock push ups in front and back , and use for general resisitance.
Cool down in jacuzzi for approximately 10 minutes, and relax in sauna for approximately 5 minutes.
Get dressed and witness your body shrink and the inches shrink away LOL
